At Puddle Jumper Park in Orange City, an inclusive playground was created that brings children together with a wide range of abilities. Developed in close collaboration with parents and physiotherapists, it combines play, movement and social interaction in a unique way.

A hammock, connecting two Trii playhouses with the low ropes course, creates opportunities for people with physical impairments to participate in play.
A particular highlight is the VIP Swing: an inclusive swing where children with physical disabilities can experience movement in a completely new way. While they swing, they playfully strengthen their core muscles.
The playground in Puddle Jumper Park is more than just a place to play. Paediatric physiotherapist Monica Aalbers, who was involved in the planning of the playground, describes the inclusive approach: ‘This park connects children of all abilities; it is not a separate area for people with disabilities, but a place where all children can play together.
